Flower by Sakiko Nomura displays another wonderful collection around the central theme of flowers, obviously, but drives us there with Sakiko's favorite expression : darkness.
We can see in this array the influence of her former master Nobuyoshi Araki, but also the topics that they have in common appeal, mixing altogether under his camera; flowers, sensuality, nude, death, urban and suburban landscapes, all exuding emotions always on the border between calm tiredness and electric voluptuousness.
Sakiko Nomura began her career as the only pupil of the famous japanese photographer Nobuyoshi Araki in the early 90's.
